Returns We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us. We understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you return the artwork to us in its original packaging, and in its original condition, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will either exchange the goods for other products, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. In the case of a damaged piece we require you contact us with your complaint in no more than two days from receiving your artwork. Failure to do so will result in inability to receive a refund. Damaged pieces must be returned to us in its original packaging. If you choose to exchange the item for another piece of artwork, please check our website for availability by clicking on the item you want. Returns or exchanges Please contact us if you wish to return artwork. We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay of up to two business days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it through registered post or courier. Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original purchaser.
