Another breathtaking sculpture by Inuit artist Adamie Amamatuak of the Nunavik region of Northern Quebec.  This subject is very popular among Inuit artists in Nunavik.  The sculpture is complete with an amauti wearing woman with a fresh catch.  An amauti is a traditional Inuit parka with a very large hood used to carry around their children.  Adamie's work has become increasing popular in recent years and will continue to gain value for years to come.
